No wonder they have a backlog of up to 2 days out of TAT with more coming and will not hire help. No wonder pay cut, crappy benefits, cut in PTO, and restricted PTO. No wonder they accepted IC employment. Why should they invest any more in this client? They want to save all the money they can. OMs are severely restricted in their contact with us. Had HR email comments regarding emails between OM and I. Realized Big Brother is watching everything. Big deal. Epic will eliminate everyone's job, and no, they are not going to tell you. They are going to require everything under the sun and act like this is a serious long-term job. Beg for OT to "keep the client happy." LOL. I honestly believe this was the reason for the 24,000 line requirement per pp. That way they can gradually let people go as they need to and not worry about UE, just say they gave you so long to meet requirements and you couldn't do it. If that requirement was so necessary, why do they not enforce it now? Many never will meet it, including me, and they are counting on that.
