How informed do you think the OMs are? - gag order

It makes me crazy that the OMs who used to be so forthcoming and helpful in giving MTs info that would/could impact our jobs seem almost invisible now. I wonder if they're privy to this sort of info now and forced to keep it under wraps or if they are kept in the dark like the MTs. I don't understand why they're migrating Triton accounts to Express if most of this work will be lost to Epic. Is it so they can send what little work there will be overseas? If these clients have a huge got live early June why is the PTO calendar closed in July for a "ramp up" of one client? What the heck? So many questions...zero answers. Maybe I think about this too much. I should redirect my efforts and focus on job searching.
