You sound like me a few years ago, I know where you are coming from totally. Thank you for your comments. I am one of the one in inertia. I want to get out, am so close to retirement but need to make some money but you are right, complaining does not help. the last 2 jobs I have had I am in competition w/QA, I guess that is the way it is going. They pick their jobs and we get what is left, but that is not their fault, as you said I am allowing it so no complaints. Fear of the unknown motivates me and probably others and that fear prompts complaining as if that would help. Thanks, you cleared my head!! Lets see if I do anything about it.
