If people are okay to bend over and take it, tolerate not getting raises ever and suffer self esteem issues at the hands of their employers, who am I to suggest that it might be time for a change? I have never met anyone who tolerated anything like this for very long. Yes I was lucky but I also knew how to take advantage of the opportunities that were presented to me. Your either okay with the status quo or not. I know doctors and nurses make more than we do, but we can't do their jobs.
