I got this "we need to discuss potential timesheet fraud" email in September. I read it. Logged in for my shift and started work. Was so mad about the insinuation I chucked the report I was doing and sent a simple email reply. "We don't need to discuss it. I quit. Immediately." It made me so mad I was shaking. Well, they got what they wanted, me gone.
It took a while to sink in and let go of the micromanagement stress I was feeling, and I miss doing medical reports, but I'm working as an IC now and don't regret quitting M*Muddle. Wishing you all the best of luck!
