They told us to log out of Fluency if we jump up real quick to do something. Just any time you have to take a break for any reason, log out. Well, I'm not going to log out of Team Work because then I would be signing in and out 20 times a day, and because when I actually did that, I got in trouble for showing up on some report as logging in and out of Teamwork too much (!). So I just sign off Fluency real quick.

But it adds up over a 2-week period!

So my numbers are off like yours are.

I just feel like you can't win. I would never "over-report" my hours, or do time card "fraud," OMG. But that's how they make it sound. I am trying to do the right thing! If the doctor calls with my biopsy results, I log of Fluency real quick, right? Or whatever the reason. Then I hop right back on. Otherwise I show up on some report as being between reports (logged into Fluency but not working!!) too long. AARRGH. They make it so near impossible to do the right thing.

I wish they would just stop all this. Just stop!!! I don't know what tracking this tells them, other than that we are all trying to be professional and do the right thing and they have made it so we honestly just can't win.
