Over reporting would be clocked in time greater than time in Fluency, which is something I doubt you would do. Be prepared to be assertive. Maybe be prepared with knowing the times listed for 1st and last reports. You can see that by running your statistics with detailed selected which will show the time you finished each job. Whatever the issue comes up, keep a log regarding that issue. In a metric report, I was told to watch my blanks percentage. Heck, I knew my high percentage was due to factors beyond my control, so I kept a log of jobs with blanks and the reason for the blank and was able to show my percentage of nonrequired blanks was very low.
