No one will hire new MT - Jeri

I recently completed an online course for MT.  There are many, many MT jobs out there, but no ne will hire new grads.  I have an extensive nursing background for over 33 years.  I have my master's in nursing maintaining a broad knowledge of medications and medical terminology.  Does any one have any suggestions ofcompanies who will hire and train new grads?  I am becoming very disheartened and I need to work.  All suggestions would be appreciatied
