why you'd want to give that (and the pay that goes with it) for the soon-to-be if not already completely slave-wage job of MT. I assume you have your reasons. But the only advice I can give you is to cut your losses and go back to nursing! If you can't for whatever reason I'd take the advice of the other poster and try for a telephone nurse advice line job. You WILL regret continuing on in MT sad to say.
