After I just finally got done with this long straight (painful) transcription I put in a Remedy ticket for Fluency issue and sent an email to my supervisor to see if she knew of any issues, and just to let her know. I want some sort of compensation for their glitch. You should do the same so they won't say it was just an isolated case. AUGH!!!
