synthes s/l letronel plate - sassi

Can't make this out. It's a surgery for a fracture of the os calcis and he's applying a Synthes s/l letronel plate. Help!!
Maybe this - Just trying to help
[ In Reply To ..]Not sure if this is the same thing. Found a reference in a Medical Journal, but I do not have access to the entire article, so cannot confirm what it is used for. Maybe you can do a little more research or someone else might have a better reference.

The previous incision to the hip was once again utilized and the vastus lateralis split in its midline and separated from the underlying fracture. The fracture reduced beautifully and we were able to apply a Stryker *ocaval* plate with a trochanteric grip plate.Thanks for any help :) ...

History Of A "pedis Plate" PCL Tear

30 y/o female, had arthroscopy, now 80% improved. Has concerns of muscle atrophy above knee . The doctor states she has a history of a "pedis plate" PCL tear. "Pedis plate" PCL tear? Those two words are in question. I can't find it on Google. Anyone else heard of this? I'm working over tonight.
