I just downloaded the Stedmans Spell Checker to work with my Word Documents, and I can't figure out how to make it work with Word. I went into Spell check, Options, and saw custom dic, but don't know where to go from there to set it up. Help please, and thank you! ...

I am used to hearing "two oh pds sutures" and transcribing "2-0 PDS sutures." Now I have heard two different docs say, "two point oh pds sutures." I am wondering if this is another type of suture.
