s/l "besoas" culture - Missy

Just starting on a new account that dictates lots of blood cultures/immunology. It sounds like "besoas". Also, can anybody give me a good recommendation for books/websites for this category? Thanks?!

Thanks both for the suggestions on references, very helpful! I'm thinking now she might be saying bacillus with an accent. I'll have to go back and listen.
