reasonably clear for her but I can't find anything to match anywhere!

She says it in three different places, 'the patient is on cefepime and I added "vanco fungin" yesterday' every time. doesn't sound like it is two. I am trying to get vancomycin out of it but it just isn't there. thanks anyway!

The word you are looking for may be micafungin. It's used to treat fungal and yeast infections. Ignore the message below. I typed vancomycin instead of micafungin.

I knew I had used a "fungin" word recently but couldn't get the beginning and she was really clear (for this dictator) but at first I was getting a M sound. So glad I haven't had to send it yet!
