You could say well-developed and obese white male, so a comma after well-developed is fine.

I read your question incorrectly and thought you were asking about the comma between well-developed and obese. I would not put a comma between obese and white male.

No comma, because the way I see it, you are describing the obese male, not just the male. The obese male is well developed, so he is a well-developed obese male. Take out the "white" and it makes more sense.
