s/l "osteo vicular self"

Sentence: "There is mild prominence of the osteo-vicular self."  Patient is being seen for a small protrusion on her left foot.

os naviculare "self"? - ggmy

I think I found part of it: os naviculare. But I can't figure out what s/l "self" after "os naviculare."
