neuro doc is saying something that sounds like "axillary hypertension." I have found axillary swelling and pulmonary hypertension and axillary vein thrombosis, but not axillary hypertension itself. after a week straight of NJA...as well as the last 2 months or so of sporadically getting that dreaded message (!)...I had had it.
