Doctor dictates "medial parietooccipital (s/l spleen-ee-al) cortex." I can't tell if this psychiatrist's saying "spleen-ee-al" or "speen-ee-al" or "splitting of" cortex. In the sentence, he dictated, "Medial parietooccipital (s/l spleen-ee-al) cortex, retro, should be unusually efficient, resulting in his superior ability to do Minecraft."
