I got on this new account and the Management on this team are so anal, I just started and training a week and a half ago on some very difficut doctors. One doc is so fast but I don't have an ear for him yet, so I sent it to my team lead and she found what she called a critical error (sentence missing). I felt like I committed a crime and now feel like she is building a case against me.
They said they don't want any more errors and I have to take as long as I have to to figure out ...
In indications, the patient has a very long history of sinus issues and vertigo. "She was complaining of headaches on both sides over the maxillary sinus. She was convinced that her sinus trouble made her more *pretiginent**bretigent*" Something along those lines. I am not even sure what letter it starts with! B? P? F? ...
