dorsa or dorsum in this instance... - Serious

Posted: Dec 13, 2011

I have a dictator who consistently refers to the "dorsum of both feet" instead of using the plural dorsa.  I haven't changed it yet because he is referring to BOTH feet.  I was thinking that if he said, "dorsum of each foot," this would be correct, but in this case, isn't wouldn't the correct phrasing be "dorsum of both feet?"

Thanks for your feedback!

I would type it as dictated - nm
