cortisone injections? - ll

I wanted to know if this doctor means cortisone injections? "The mother did not want him to take (s/l cortisone) injections, which I started him on because of his extreme noncompliance.

Could it be risperidone? It is often given via injection if the patient is noncompliant with taking meds.

Thanks. Could there be any other possibilities besides respirodone? The doctor dictated that the patient was noncompliant. Do you know if patients who are noncompliant have an addiction to methadone? The doctor also dictates that the patient has alcoholism abuse along with some other abuse. It sounds like "methadone abuse" to me.
