Microscopic Autopsy Apr 04, 2011doing a microscopic autopsy. Several questions
1. Heart section: Agrochromatic nuclei are seen. questioning spelling of agrochromatic or is it agri climatic. also in Heart section: sounds like AO vacuolated cytoplasm. What is AO?

Her vessels are congested, and large numbers of neutrophils are in the alveolar wall. Seminary shows marked congestion of the vessels with hemorrhage in to the alveoli. Other areas show the lumens to be filled with protein-rich fluid with inflammatory reaction.
I can not make out what he is saying but "seminary shows marked" just does not seem right. Any suggestions?
