The vessels are congested, and large numbers of neutrophils are in the alveolar wall. The ? show marked congestion of the vessels with a hemorrhage into the alveoli.

What does the word in question sound like? - no1joe

Could it possibly be "they similarly?" I think I did 1 or 2 autopsy reports back when I was in school many years ago, so this is definitely not my thing. I tried searching and came up with nothing that sounds like that. Sorry... hopefully someone can help you better. Good luck.

How about capillaries? I looked it up and it would fit, according to Google. Maybe you are just catching the end of "capillaries."

doing a microscopic autopsy. Several questions 1. Heart section: Agrochromatic nuclei are seen. questioning spelling of agrochromatic or is it agri climatic. also in Heart section: sounds like AO vacuolated cytoplasm. What is AO? 2. Kidney section: Cortices show sounds like "marmoreoli" of normal appearance. Cannot find anywhere what this word is suppose to be or correct spelling. ...

Her vessels are congested, and large numbers of neutrophils are in the alveolar wall. Seminary shows marked congestion of the vessels with hemorrhage in to the alveoli. Other areas show the lumens to be filled with protein-rich fluid with inflammatory reaction. I can not make out what he is saying but "seminary shows marked" just does not seem right. Any suggestions? ...

Same garbled transcriber: In a Microscopic Autopsy: Heart: Inflammatory cells are not seen. Some of the myocardial fibers show only a thin shell with a (s/l ao) vacuolated cytoplasm. Any ideas? ...
