Can a woman have a TURP? This is a woman and it says she had a TURP and was found to have muscle invasive disease?

A chick having a actual TURP is just not right. Maybe the report is on a he/she kind of a patient? Know what I'm sayin?

There is NO WAY a woman can have a TURP, as this stands for transurethral resection of the prostate. The only thing she could have would be a TURBT, which is a transurethral resection of bladder tumor.
