S/L destagram or dexagram following a mammogram? - Cambria

This is some kind of test following a mammogram where the woman had bloody discharge from her nipples and the doctor is saying she may need a "dexagram" or "destagram."  That's exactly what it sounds like.  I can't figure out what it is.  TIA
