S/L Peer-Sagger syndrome - CrabbyMT

This is the family history so there is no context to go by. "Sister has s/l Peer-Sagger syndrome." Doc is middle eastern so I've tried switching the "P" sound with a "B" sound, but no luck. Does anyone have an idea? The patient has cardiac problems, but I don't know if that's pertinent.
I would look in the medical dictionary under - "syndrome" and eye-scroll
[ In Reply To ..]through all the bolded syndromes for a phonetically similar syndrome; if not there, I would look under "disease." He might be distorting Shy-Drager syndrome, but that disease is usually in men over 60.
Peutz-Jehgers syndrome is as close as I can get - NM

I'll probably have to leave a blank since I can't be 100% sure, though since it was in the family history it could be Peutz-Jehgers since that seems to be genetic. What a day...now if you could just fix my sticking caps lock key, life would be not that bad!

The Turn Signal Syndrome

Honestly, this dictation I'm doing is like the turn signal syndrome. What I mean by that is people who don't bother to use their turn signals when they turn (I know, I'm anal. I even use mine in parking lots). There's a reason they're on the car and it's against the law not to use them when indicated.
