Reflex to ultrasound or 2 or II - julie

Good afternoon. Here is the sentence. I cannot find a model number Reflex II, so is this some kind of procedure where the mammography goes "to" this Reichert Reflex screen maybe?
For breast mass, we will order her mammogram with diagnostic bilateral Reflex "2" ultrasound
"reflex to ultrasound" - Means there may be options
[ In Reply To ..]This means that they may be able to just do a regular mammogram, or they may need to reflex (adapt/change) to ultrasound if there is dense breast tissue without needing to get another prescription from the requesting physician.

I did discuss with the patient that she has had an abnormal mammogram. Dr. Lester has discussed this with her numerous times. It was recommended by the radiologist that the patient have a biopsy or at least a repeat diagnostic mammogram and right S/L "fluoresce" ultrasound. The patient has not yet had this test performed and I have strongly encouraged her to get this scheduled. ...
