Nitrite or Nitrate - SometimesConfused

Can someone help a bunch of us out and give a simple explanation of the use of nitrate or nitrite or a tip for knowing which is which when it's not clear?

I always think of nitrates for heart as it has an "a" Nitrites are usually in urine so there's an 'I' Does that help?

Thanks a lot .. yes, it does. I had seen that earlier .. as it's molecular, I suppose it becomes intricate at times. ;o)
It doesn't matter if it's an MD, PA, NP...it seems at least 99% of them say NITRATE in regards to a urinalysis and they are saying is incredibly clearly. Such an anger trigger for me for some reason. :-D ...
