This report is talking about a lipoma behind the patient's right knee:

 

S/L "hani marider beta keratinized lesion"

not beta - sm

I been having trouble recognizing the what the doctor is saying.....the sentence goes like this: " PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Large lipoma, left (s/l thalla) scapular." The doctor goes on to dictate removal of this lipoma. Any help with the missing word would be much appreciated. I can't find any reference to anything that sounds like thalla or pallla.
