2. The cervical spine MRI performed at the SMC is consistent with the diagnosis of AOD. Fluid is seen both at the O1 and C1-2 joints.
3. Clinical indicators are also supportive of a diagnosis of AOD with a right upper sl/twentyparisis, a head tilt and irritability.
4. I believe the diagnosis of AOD to have ben correct and the operative procedure of occipital-C2 stabilization with local grfting is the appropriat course of management.
