New doc to me says under OB hx - this pt is gravida 2, para 1, one vaginal delivery and one (s/l) y-duh-vo. Does anyone know this s/l?

How do you alll find out about any changes when the new BOS comes out each year? Is there a special section in the book? I mean, I've read it once, it's not going to make my reading list. If it weren't for message boards, I wouldn't have known about changes like I&D being changed to I and D and I don't want to rely just on the boards because I might miss something.
