BOS yearly changes - Viking Nut

How do you alll find out about any changes when the new BOS comes out each year? Is there a special section in the book? I mean, I've read it once, it's not going to make my reading list. If it weren't for message boards, I wouldn't have known about changes like I&D being changed to I and D and I don't want to rely just on the boards because I might miss something.

The Q only uses BOS2. Updates happen years apart though. - nm
