Hello...I have a dental procedure under anesthesia....Sounds like she's saying the anesthesia is "G A V and met" - Is GAV and MET correct?

Will look for more. They do use Valium also.
Also found MEP for mepivacaine (Mep). Might be that instead - Txczech

I found the mep in an abbrev book but then googled "and MEP for anesthesia and found the mepivicaine which is most likely it. Will look around some more.
I signed up for dental coverage for the first time this year. I haven't received anything. Does anyone know if we are supposed to receive a dental card? Thanks ...
Is there such a thing as "excellent anesthesia" or "exelon anesthesia". My dictation sure sounds like one of those but can't seem to find these terms. Any help would be great.

Regarding tooth extraction, I cannot understand if the dictator is saying lidocaine and 1:1000 epi or 1:100,000 epi. I don't know much about dental surgery. Would appreciate help from someone who knows which it is.

This is an operative report for a vein graft procedure:

Has anyone heard of an anesthesia (type or drug) that sounds like "elemania" anesthesia? This doctor has said it twice and it sounds the same each time...kind of run together, but I can't find anything close to it anywhere. ...

Makes no sense. Block also slurrs into the following word which s/l oxygen. ...
