That one throws me sometimes too; when the ortho/rad docs I transcribe for talk about bone "remodeling" I always have to think about choosing the correct word!
A thigh tourniquet s/l incligged the 300 mmHg was used during the procedure.
I cannot figure this out for the life of me! He is saying something that sounds just like incligged...not increase. Any ideas? ...
Report is for an open reduction-internal fixation of left ankle. Th e word I can't figure out is in this sentence:
"The thigh tourniquet s/l incligged to 300 mmHg was used during the procedure."
any ideas...
inflated, elevated, applied
would work, but definitely does not sound anything like INCLIGGED...this is driving me insane... ...
is this correct? After application of acetowhite??? when I look up acetowhite it tells me that it is a white-appearing epithelium.... so how can there be an application of this? ...
... and noticed only a weakly positive Tinel sign on the left, but certainly in just a little bit of "disuse axium" all muscles (median and ulnar) of both hands, but it was minimal and not that out of line with his stated age of 79.
It actually sounds like disuse, but thought diffuse. Second word sometimes sounds like ax fume, lol Thanks. ...
