Is that right? Can't find anything about it. Dictator is referring to the color of the thigh on physical exam. TIA

That one throws me sometimes too; when the ortho/rad docs I transcribe for talk about bone "remodeling" I always have to think about choosing the correct word!

Report is for an open reduction-internal fixation of left ankle. Th e word I can't figure out is in this sentence: "The thigh tourniquet s/l incligged to 300 mmHg was used during the procedure."  any ideas... inflated, elevated, applied would work, but definitely does not sound anything like INCLIGGED...this is driving me insane... ...

... and noticed only a weakly positive Tinel sign on the left, but certainly in just a little bit of "disuse axium"  all muscles (median and ulnar) of both hands, but it was minimal and not that out of line with his stated age of 79. It actually sounds like disuse, but thought diffuse.  Second word sometimes sounds like ax fume, lol  Thanks.  ...
