Crips and pits? - sm

Posted: May 12, 2014

Dictated:  On examination, there is extensive scarring noted down the left leg secondary to previous skin grafts.  There are multiple areas of crips and pits secondary to the scarring.  No infection.  No active ulcerations.

The original traumatic injury ("mangled extremity necessitating significant reconstructive surgery") was 10 years ago.  This pertains to residual appearance, not related to any recent postop, dressings, etc.

Anyone?  Thank you in advance.
