This is in the procedure of a back surgery...doing hemilaminectomies.
"We then began dissecting the ligamentum flavum and then we removed it with clairin punches."
Clearly sounds like punches, but it's hard to tell what he says before that...it s/l clairin or clairick or something along those lines...any ideas?
