"Burrowed" central line? - tb

"Patient's concern is that he had two central lines put in. Both are burrowed."
Is this correct? Isn't the nature of a central line "burrowed" into the body, so that word would be redundant? (unless, of course, I have it incorrect and it's something like a manufacturer's name)
