Assessement:  Monoclonal gammopathy with an abnormal (s/l IA or IEA) ratio.

He said IgA in another part of the report and it did not sound like that. Still sounds like I/A or IEA.

FLC ratio or kappa/lambda ratio? - Growgal

Monoclonal gammopathy is tested by screening for FLC ratio (free light chain ratio) and I think serum protein electrophoresis (SPEP), urine protein electrophoresis (UPEP), and IFE (immunofixation electrophoresis). When it comes to a ratio, I most often hear "kappa/lambda ratio" which are the free light chains they are looking for, but FLC ratio would also be correct. The only thing sounding similar might be IFE but that is not a ratio.

CTA of the pelvis demonstrates no evidence of any arterial aneurysm or AV fistula.  There was abnormal "track" extending through the right gluteus maximus muscle with marked induration of the subcutaneous tissue of the right buttock area.  (CTA performed before heterotopic ossification sugery.  Past history of gunshot to buttocks, with bullet fragments overlying the left hemipelvis on hip x-ray.) ...
