VSR fixes?? - tired

OK so when I was re-hired I was assured that the VSR was being fixed and that our input was greatly appreciated.  I trained the original one had it perfect only to see that it was ruined by I dont know who??? Off shore, whatever, not the problem now...So I have been making notes of the constantly wrong things that printed out, the ones that if one did not know better, would leave them in there in their incorrect formatting...I sent a message to my lead on the account as well as QA asking first for QA to check and make sure I am right, because I will never claim to be a genious and Stedmans has been proven wrong in the past, and then send it on to whoever to please fix them...NO ONE will answer me, so the errors go on and the list gets longer..Anyone have any ideas??  Cause if Im taking my time to make a list for nothing then I will go on and fix the errors on my reports and let everyone else be wrong,,its slowing me to a crawl constantly fixing the mistakes...so much so I have just made shortcuts to fix them...
