Wireless versus satellite??

Two words that come up often for questioning. These are strictly used in an orthopedic setting. Stedman's and Dorland's list end point and hand grip HOWEVER the office transcription manager, girl is asking for me to correct this to endpoint and handgrip. Recently moved have Hughesnet and really struggling with download speed of voice files through vpn. We did upgrade one level to their 1 mbps speed but took over 8 minutes to download a 4 minute voice file. Kind of difficult to make any $ when half of the day is consumed waiting for downloads.
