If you have not figured it out yet, you need to set up your connection first. At the menu at the top, go to "File" and select "File Manager." From there you need to select "New Site."
The "host" is where you put the address of the server where you will be exchanging files. If it is your own site, you fill in the address of your server. If your doctor has his own site to store files, they will have to provide you with that address.
Your protocol would be FTP-File transfer protocol.
Encrpyption: Use plain FTP Logon: Normal. The "user" and "password" is the user name and password assigned to you to get onto the host site. If the site is managed by your doctor's office, they will have to provide you with this. If it is your own site, then you would already know your user name and password.
Once you are on the site, your computer's drive will be on the left and the "other" host server on the left. Not sure if this helps, that's the general idea.
