Hi there, I currently have a voip system in my office and it was working great for a year. Now no one can figure out why I have spotty dictation, talked to internet provider, voip provider, swapped out router, tech looked all around in the computer settings. I am pulling my hair out. If you have any suggestions on what this might be that would be great. Is anybody using a hosted system and if so who it is and do you like them? thanks ...

For those who work with echo dictation - from what I understand, it's useful for straight transcribing, but does it work in VR?
