SOAPware SMARText freezing up - Frustrated, please help

Does anyone have any experience in using SMARText in SOAPware on what to do when it freezes up your entire system when you use macros in SMARText bigger than 1-2 words? So frustrating, looking on what to do for a fix. When you put a ticket in for help with SOAPware you don't hear back.

Anybody using ExEditor for TT/Imedx having problems with their screen freezing up every minute or so after 6 pm CST? I've been noticing this for a while, and it's really, really getting annoying. Anyone working on this and having problems with it? I have been having problems with slowness, cursor dragging, freezing. It is worse with longer reports, but is sporadic and I really can't find a definite pattern. Anyone else? ...
