Just had to voice my 2-cents worth this morning.
With all the new Rules/Incentives/Reasons taking place about Quality, here's a sample of what has come through just this morning:
TEE which showed left, no LLA thrombus. (Very clear, no guessing here, just WTH).
Needles were of insufficient long enough to reach the vertebra...
An *EVS* test for gallbladder..... (suppose he meant to say EUS?)
An XO2 trial for ??? (Google had many possibles for this one)
And how about a title of operation, *POLD*. After doing searches for this with no results, the dictator thought that was funny and informed it was a *Plain Old Lumbar Diskectomy".
Just a typical day in the life. Wonder why so much crap goes to QA? And how does QA appreciate sloppy dictators? What does one do with blanks that are simply unable to be interpreted?
And here's what I think of the New Formula to apply to whether one gets the incentive bonus or not....pppffffttttttt.
