Progressive PT. what are drawbacks? - nn

I know the PTO is reduced (big time), but can you tell me anything else I need to consider before asking to make this jump?

also remember that you need 30 hours to be eligible for health insurance. And, the less you work, the more likely it is that you won't be able to get enough lines per week to make incentive pay. I can't think of anything else in particular.

Thinking of taking early SS and cutting hours so I would not make much more than the 15,000 you are allowed on SS.  That way I would still be eligible for insurance until I am old enough for Medicare. Has anyone else done this or know any pros and cons about that progressive part time thing?  TIA ...
