Has anybody else heard about upcoming paycuts after the first of the year?

Like they haven't cut us enough and using VR as an excuse? I would like to know where that comes from because this is the first I have heard it and I am already frustrated beyond belief with this company.

Writing is on the wall for sure on the Transcend side - with what is happening lately.

So much for us investing years of our time and helping Transcend gain their great reputation they were so proud of all this time. You've given us some reward in return.

Loved Encompass-Nuance has been downhill slowly but surely and now picking up speed seems to me.

They cut my pay from the lousy 8/4 and I will quit the minute I hear it.

Nuance has a pay scale. Everyone makes the same across the board. Come January that pay scale will apply to Transcend employees. Cuts depend on accounts, what you make now, etc...for me it will be a big cut. Some may make more, depends.

The last pay cut they made to me was with ASR. they did not touch my transcription rate YET, but I know I read on here someone was at the top of their level as to how much they could make and they went from 0.009 to 0.003. It sounds like this was the transcription rate? Did they actually cut some of the MTs base pay to more than half? This just blows me away if they did this.
