Fluency supports transcriptionists and editors by facilitating the management of multiple labor sources (outsourced, in-house, hybrid) with varying workflow needs. Taken from the website. Do you think this suggests that at day̢۪s end when the docs download a ton of work most of it is outsourced? Could explain NJA.

Outsourcing.... - sm

just refers to the fact that the transcription is not done in-house. Offshoring is another story -- sending it to our countries. So I think what the quote refers to is that Fluency can be used in their own facility or outsourced, such as the work that we get (when there's work that is). MM doesn't just offer transcription services. They also offer their Fluency/speech rec program to customers, among other things.

Off topic a bit, and don't hate me for saying this because I'm in the same boat as all the rest of you with this NJA/fear of layoff stuff, but I can't help but sit here and think about how at one time I thought this company could be so great to work for. They really do have a lot going for them on the technology side, but the lack of organization, lack of communication and utter disrespect for their employees is what makes this company the worst.
