of this company right now. We really pulled together and worked as a team to overcome some tall obstacles that were thought unachievable over the holiday weekend; were given nice incentives and got very nice compliments from the higher-up management. We also received a nice little gift for MT week.
So while so many are here seemingly unhappy, I just had to say that those attitudes do not reflect all of us in the trenches. Probably not even most of us. But we th ...

Just finishing up the night shift and want to go to bed and let the Sudafed take me away. I'm thinking it's affect (the noun), but just want some input to be sure (overtired paranoia setting in). Of course, this is the last note of the night too. If I weren't tired, I know I wouldn't be doubting myself.
I have given her a note to that affect. - or - I have given her a note to that effect.
Thanks! ...
The doc I work for frequently says "and he will increase the dosage until he experiences exessive side effects or good affect."
I know the first "side effects" is correct, but I believe the later he means "good effect" and he just says it incorrectly, but I question myself each time.
Is there anyone who can clarify this for me? I am most appreciative! ...
Significant artifact affecting the resting phase of the study.
Is this correct or should it be effecting? This is not a test. It is an actual report I am doing this morning. My mind is shot. ...
I have been an MT for years and years and years (not telling my age haha) but I still to this day have the hardest time with affect versus effect...anyone have any genious tips on which to use when would be greatly appreciated???
For instance: It is hard to determine what affect/effect the medication will have or how it will affect/effect the patient's outcome.
The only one I am really positive about is when it has to do with the patient's affect.
Thanks you are all the best ...

Doctor states:
In this setting, she appropriately said that she is not certain whether the midodrine, which she has recently begun, has had a x/l sylatory or siatory effect.

If anyone knows of a hospital, clinic, or large practice offering remote full-time or part-time employee positions, I would really appreciate an email. I have the sudden need to help support a family member long term (in addition to myself) and really need to find a long-term remote employee position for the stability. Yes, I watch all the various employment sites and even individual hospital sites, but I was hoping that maybe, just maybe someone who works for a hospital that does th ...

It has been inconvenient, and maybe a bit confusing at times, to check my time card hours for my shift as, because of my time zone, part of my hours show up on the next day because I work 2nd shift. I wonder if I will get overtime for yesterday, even though I did not work overtime. I had to start work several hours early because of maintenance, so all hours were completed before the hour my hours start showing up on the next day. Fine. But the last couple hours of yesterday show up as today, ...
