If you're suddenly interrupted by an important matter and you're in the middle of a report, what should you do?  Log out?  If so, do you lose the report after a certain period of time?

finish it or you will not get credit for it - jus sayin

Was using the previous report look-up.  The patient was on "Phenergan birth control pills."  This was the previous REAL report that was submitted and apparently signed off on --- not ASR.  Good grief.      ...

Serious question... I transcribe for a hospital/account that is in a different state than where I live. I get so upset sometimes at the types of reports that I get. Usually I transcribe/edit them and move on and they all blend together and I forget at the end of the day who/what I typed. Which is a good thing. However, some reports about OB especially really bother me, basically unwanted or unplanned babies being born into bad social situations. My question is can I contact this hospital or m ...
