constantly reorganizing to accommodate for sending more and more work overseas. I used to have tons of work, then a big shift overseas, then nothing, then people quit (or laid off), then lots of work, then nothing, etc. If you notice on this board, many are quitting along with being fired or laid off, so yes, they are hiring. I had mandatory OT all last year, now barely any work. Teams in my region are being combined now due to lack of work. This is a slow process, but gradually they will be getting rid of most of us.

I am so tired of all of these companies overhiring. I would log in on a daily basis, there would be 50+ jobs in the pool and I would feel somewhat comfortable that I am going to be able to get at least 10 or 15 of the jobs to type, only to find out that out of the 50 jobs in the pool, I am lucky to get 5 jobs. These companies expect us to dependable, loyal to just working for them, etc., etc., and this is what we get in return. We are told we are to do 1000 lines a day at a min ...
